Spouse Transition Workshops

Spouse workshops are part of the TBS Family Transition programs. These workshops are offered to cohorts virtually over a three-month period. During this time, participants will meet with their cohort four times to engage in group coaching and informational sessions. The participants will further discover the topic presented through a series of self-guided activities to complete.

Let's Stay Connected

Subscribe to the TBS newsletter, stay connected, learn, grow and learn about opportunities.

The Goals of the spouse workshops are:

  • Imagine & Explore

Provide a space for spouses to imagine and explore the life they would like for themselves and their family post active-duty life.
  • Develop Communication

Develop a shared language between the spouse and service member that allows for clear communication during the transition process.
  • Build Confidence

Provide the tools for spouses to build confidence in their unique identity and leverage their experiences to effectively communicate their personal narrative.
  • Explore Values

Explore and refine personal values and start to design possible paths for the future based on those values

TBS aims to create serendipity for men and women who transition from the military to pursue a purposeful post-service life.

We provide tailored solutions to meet the personal needs of every individual we serve.
